“Roh is energetic, understanding, personable, well connected and knowledgeable. He leverages the newest technologies to network, market and execute. He was our agent for selling a condo in the San Francisco Yerbua Buena area as well as for purchasing a condo in downtown San Jose. Overall, we had a very good outcome working with Roh and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good home selling or buying experience. We signed up Roh one evening as we were walking by his office on Howard Street and New Montgomery at 7:30 PM. He was the only one there working late. He wasted no time – came by to see our condo right away and we had a contract in place in a matter of days. He rapidly created marketing collateral and organized a number of broker tours in rapid succession to get the word out. He called on his broker network to bring in a lot of traffic into the many open houses he organized. To Roh’s credit, he brought his personal items to help stage the condo. Roh is knowledgeable about all the channels available for marketing homes. Our condo was visible everywhere. He even took a video of himself giving a tour of the condo and put it on YouTube. In the dynamic SF market, we were unsure of the market price for our condo. We wanted to feel the market out first and determine a fair price before selling the condo. Roh understood our requirements and worked well with us in terms of pacing the process. In the end, we were able to sell our condo for 10% higher than an identical condo in the building on a higher floor that sold a month before ours. Roh helped us work through the entire process of selling and buying. Timing was critical and it all went without a hitch thanks to Roh. With two transactions to be completed in a synchronized manner, attention to detail was key. Roh provided that.
